 Electronic Arts has just announced the official system requirements for their upcoming racer that is powered by DICE’s Frostbite 2 engine, Need For Speed: The Run. The minimum requirements are what you’d basically expect from a Frostbite 2 game but what really got our attention, was the HDD requirements. NFS: The Run will need 18GB of free disk space which is more or less what RAGE already requires. Does this also mean that the game will come in two or three DVD’s? Who knows. Hadapi Arab Saudi, RD Ingin Timnas Bermental Baja

Banten-Xp - Pelatih timnas, Rahmad Darmawan meminta pasukannya tampil dengan mental baja saat bertemu Arab Saudi, Sabtu, 23 Maret 2013. Pelatih yang akrab disapa RD itu tak ingin nyali Firman Utina dan kawan-kawan ciut saat bertemu tim sekaliber The Green Falcons. 

Timnas akan berhadapan dengan Arab Saudi di Stadion Utama Gelora Bung Karno (SUGBK), Senayan Jakarta. Ini merupakan penampilan kedua timnas di babak penyisihan Grup C Pra Piala Asia (PPA) 2015. Saat ini, Indonesia masih di dasar klasemen usai kalah 0-1 dari Irak. 

Meski tampil di depan publik sendiri, perjuangan tim Merah Putih saat menghadapi Arab Saudi dipastikan tidak akan mudah. Pasalnya, dalam sepanjang sejarah pertemuan kedua tim, Indonesia sama sekali belum pernah memetik kemenangan atas The Green Falcons. Hasil terbaik yang mampu diraih Garuda adalah tiga kali bermain imbang. 

RD tak ingin pasukannya terbebani dengan nama besar Arab Saudi. Sebaliknya, RD berusaha meyakinkan pasukannya agar percaya diri. 

"Yang pasti saya selalu menekankan kepada seluruh pemain bahwa yang harus mereka tekankan adalah motivasi untuk menang. Soal hasil, itu belakangan. Karena, kalau belum apa-apa sudah merasa kalah, itu bukan sesuatu yang baik," kata RD, Rabu 20 Maret 2013.

Mengenai strategi, RD ingin timnya bermain disiplin dan tak memberi Arab Saudi kesempatan mengembangkan permainan. "Kami harus main rapat. Tidak boleh memberi banyak space di lini tengah," ujarnya. 

Meski demikian, RD tak ingin buru-buru dalam menentukan strater dalam laga nanti. Ia mengaku akan membahasnya dengan tandemnya, Jacksen F Tiago. "Yang pasti kita akan memilih pemain yang sesuai dengan strategi dan karakter yang akan dimainkan di Sabtu nanti," beber RD.

Akhir Maret, Kiper Legendaris MU Hadir di Indonesia

BantenXp - Satu lagi pemain legendaris klub elite Inggris, Manchester United akan menyambangi penggemarnya di Indonesia. Peter Schmeichel akan hadir di Jakarta atas undangan produsen ban, PT Multistrada Arah Sarana.

Schmeichel menyusul Rio Ferdinand, Andy Cole dan Dwight Yorke sebagai legenda Setan Merah yang pernah hadir di Tanah Air. Kedatangan kiper berjuluk Tembok Raksasa dari Denmark alias The Great Dane ini sebagai bagian pengumuman peresmian kerjasama Multistrada sebagai sponsor MU.

"Schmeichel sudah memberikan konfirmasi akan datang. Kami juga akan menggelar acara festival peresmian ini di Jakarta," kata Irfan S Kusuma, Marketing Communications Manager Multistrada.

Acara bertajuk United Festival ini akan digelar di Kuningan City Mall, Jakarta Selatan, 28-30 Maret 2013. Puncak acara berupa kedatangan Schmeichel ini terjadi pada 30 Maret berupa Meet and Greet serta Nonton Bareng pertandingan MU vs Sunderland.

Sejak mengikat kerjasama selama 3,5 tahun dan resmi menjadi sponsor MU pada 8 Januari 2013, Presiden Direktur Multistrada, Pieter Tanuri memang bercita-cita mendatangkan Setan Merah ke Tanah Air.

"Mendatangkan pemain legendaris MU ini sebagai langkah awal," kata Pieter saat itu.

Schmeichel memperkuat MU di era 1991-99. Gelar Peter sangat lengkap yakni 5 trofi Premier League: 1992–93, 1993–94, 1995–96, 1996–97, 1998–99, lalu 3 Piala FA: 1993–94, 1995–96, 1998–99 dan Piala Liga Inggris 1991–92. Ini masih ditambah 4 gelar Charity Shield: 1993, 1994, 1996, 1997, satu Liga Champions 1998–99 serta Piala UEFA 1991.

Schmeichel berperan besar kala MU menjadi treble winner 1999 dengan meraih trofi Liga Champions, Premier League, dan Piala FA.

Program Sejuta Bola

Kedatangan Schmeichel merupakan bagian dari Gerakan Sejuta Bola untuk Anak Indonesia yang juga dicanangkan Multistrada. Program ini akan diluncurkan seiring dengan kedatangan Schmeichel.

"Program ini dimulai dengan memberikan bola ke beberapa sekolah sepakbola (SSB) se-Indonesia. Sedangkan untuk program pengiriman pemain muda diprioritaskan kepada anak-anak yang kurang mampu. Mereka berusia 8-14 tahun dan berasal dari SSB-SSB di desa dan perkampungan seluruh Indonesia," lanjut Pieter.

"Dari kerjasama ini, kami diizinkan untuk memberangkatkan 32 pemain muda Indonesia ke Manchester. Mereka akan berlatih di sana."

Rencananya, ada dua opsi dari rencana pengiriman ini. Jika tidak mengirim pemain ke Manchester, kelak para pemain muda itu akan mendapatkan bimbingan dari pelatih MU di Indonesia.

Didirikan pada 1988, Multistrada memproduksi tiga merek ban, yakni Achilles, Corsa dan Strada. Untuk kategorinya, Multistrada memproduksi beberapa kategori ban, yakni Passenger Car Radial (PCR), Light Truck Radial (LTR), Sport Utility Vehicle (SUV), serta ban sepeda motor.
